About Us

Mental Health Matters Arizona is a group of volunteers focused on the goal of helping our friends and neighbors find and confidently engage in mental health care for themself or someone they love.  

We believe the current mental health challenges in our communities are too big for any one of us to solve - but they are not too big to solve when all of us work together. 

Our part of this shared mission is to provide information through this website, our annual conference, and through mental health events throughout the year.
